I've been a member here for quite a while but this is my first challenge. I haven't been finding challenges that appeal to me lately so I thought I'd try this out.
I really just want to get healthier and keep myself accountable. What better way than to involve others?
I have my own goals in addition to the minimums. I'm going to fill out my food and exercise diary daily and keep my calories under 1500.
Hopefully this idea appeals to other people on here, but if not I'm determined to follow my own plan and be a healthier (and hopefully lighter) person in two months!
