Hi guys!
I've been a member here for quite a while but this is my first challenge. I haven't been finding challenges that appeal to me lately so I thought I'd try this out.
I really just want to get healthier and keep myself accountable. What better way than to involve others?
I have my own goals in addition to the minimums. I'm going to fill out my food and exercise diary daily and keep my calories under 1500.
Hopefully this idea appeals to other people on here, but if not I'm determined to follow my own plan and be a healthier (and hopefully lighter) person in two months!

Welcome to the challenge! Please post about yourself and any ideas or tips you'd like to share Smile

HI, ..I'm all for challenges that look reasonable for me right now. My calorie intake is 2000 though but as I loose the weight i will deduct from them and go lower. I think the doctor told me 2500 so i've already knocked off 500 just to push myself a little further. I would be glad to try this challenge becausae it would help to intake and grow to love water (not my favorite drink) so good luck and i'm looking forward to supporting and motivating!! You welcome to become my buddy if you like.

I like your challenge Jessie. It's really hard to say "I can't do that" to it or "I don't have time" It's a nice way to take a little look at exercise, drinking water, and eating fruits and veggies, are not as hard as we all think.
Thank You
I hope we all lose ! (lol)

I like this challenge because like ajeans said, you'd sound pretty silly saying it was too difficult, especially in the beginning. I like challenges that I can work into my very busy and hectic life. This one sounds like it's right up my alley. I'm already required to drink 80-90 ounces of water a day due to a health issue, so I hope I can conquer the other requirements without a problem. Good luck everyone!
