Thanks for creating this group. I started my "Induction Phase" about 15 days ago. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do the Atkins diet this time, but I had done so in the past and it seems to work a bit better than the other diet methods I've tried. Anyway I've been aiming for under 30 net carbs per day and it has seemed to work (I've lost 9lbs so far). In addition I am definitely in Ketosis (the urine test proves it by its lovely purple hue).
But this challenge is to follow the Induction Phase of the Atkins diet as strictly as possible (under 20 net carbs) so I am willing to try.
