I've increased my activity this week. I take supplements everyday and have for a long time. It's a habit. I'm still figuring out my CLL.

Somethin's gotta give...
8) I'm ready. I've added nuts and sometimes berries. I'm getting more exercise. Ready for a challenge. I've lost 16.5 and have been here for over 2 months. Somethings gotta give!

Time to move on but nervous
I am a little concerned about moving out of phase one since I have had such great results (26 pounds in two months!!) but I know it is time!
