Guidelines
Any healthy diet should allow you to eat a LOT of non-starchy veggies. Stay away from potatoes, corn, legumes...you get the idea.

Guidelines
Shoot for 90 minutes per week, split however you like. I'm doing no less that 30 minutes walking, 3 days a week.

Shed 10 pounds or more.

Guidelines
Weigh in at least once a week and record it in fatsecret. Don't get discouraged. The goal is to lose 10 in 10 weeks. If you don't lose anything one week, you may lose 2 or 3 the next week.

Journal your food intake.

Guidelines
Use myfatsecret (or however you choose) to journal everything you eat. There is no better way to keep track of what you consume every day. Myfatsecret does make it easy, because it already contains a LOT of foods by brand names. And, if you can't find it, you can add it very easily. Just remember to record EVERYTHING that you eat.....even breath mints and cough drops have calories, and are loaded with sugar.
