As there is just under a week left before this challenge begins, get in the right mind set, start planning ahead, and make sure you gather the tools you will need:
- High quality Protein/meal replacement shake mix (Arbonne essential brand or other of your choice)
- A good size cup to drink & mix it in
- Try putting a list together of all the nutrient dense foods you will want to eat during this time... this way when the challenge starts you are ready to go out and buy them.
- Try to do a bit of research and learn something new on health and wellness
I recommend watching the documentary "Food Matters".
