there seems to be 4 types of people. Those test weigh daily those that weigh weekly. Those that weigh monthly. Those that never weigh.
I never used to weigh myself i just worked on the basis that i felt ok. For the past 6 years i have weighed myself daily but for the past year due to a back injury i was not as mobile as i used to be and put the weight on. I still weigh daily but now it is to see how different foods effect me and of course the qty. Since using fat secrets it has helped me see that i don't need to eat as much whilst keeping up my energy levels... Which have now increased.

I weigh weekly and keep a one-year calendar spreadsheet to write down my weight. It also has space to show my monthly loss/gain number and my total loss/gain number.

I can send anyone who wants a year-at-a-glance weight loss calendar I made on an Excel spreadsheet. Just let me know.

I weigh daily. It helps me stay accountable. When I first started I weighed myself every week and if I hadn't lost anything I would be disappointed. I didn't want to derail the train before leaving the station properly so I went and bought a scale. I know if I ate to much or had to many carbs or sugars when I gain weight.

Im with you Diana. in doing mine daily I've seen that rice cracker snacks too late in the day have carbs that tend to hang around and effect the weight loss the next day. Not a major issue as Im below my rdi intake but its still there. A food to miss out unless at the start of the day for me Smile
