Abs of Steel in 6 Weeks

i did 30 situps everyday the first week. I forgot to post!! I included Wed and Sunday8)

cause i do these everyday anyway i have started using a 3lb weight behind my head and oh my does it make a difference......well i can feel it anyway no sign of anything yet but have only just started ...

WOULD I BE CHEATING IF I DID 30 SIT UPS AND 30 CRUNCHES?:?

did a total of 100 crunches-----wont be able to move tomorrow!!!!
