cause i do these everyday anyway i have started using a 3lb weight behind my head and oh my does it make a difference......well i can feel it anyway no sign of anything yet but have only just started ...

ill give this a go but did one a bit like this before and nothing really appeared to happen. had to do 60 sit ups 60 leg lifts and 60 inclined situps and well all you could see was me ribs and no six pack ...
