yeah been working out for about a week and have increased cruches and other reps into my regimen, lifting weights as well...alternating days...but pain, no gain Very Happy that still pushing thru..we can do this ....and yep don't forget to incorporate water as well..and music helps too thru ur workout sequence jus sayin...Very Happy
