Suggestions: Hill walking, running, swimming, rock climbing, weights, surfing, body pump (I think this is a New Zealand thing, but there are videos on youtube if you don't have classes in your area), dancing, iceskating, snowboarding, kickboxing, pilates, cycling, kayaking/canoeing, team sports etc

Guidelines:
Choose something that appeals to you, but haven't ever got around to doing. This may be easier if you are pleasantly rich, but there are some good cheap options (I'm super poor right now so will be doing the cheap options!) eg; exercise videos you can view online or gatecrash a friend's casual team sports game.
