Down here in Florida, Summer is already beginning. I have to lose at least 5lbs before I even think about hitting the beach. My personal goals are: NO sodas, NO sweets (candies, cookies, cake, etc.), 30 minutes of cardio 5 times per week, and an at home weight routine (using a small medicine ball) 2 times per week. The smallest I've ever been was 132lbs in June of 2008 when I graduated from college. I'm at 157lbs today, and I don't like it. I'm aiming for 25lbs in 90 days. I am ready to begin!
