I try on clothes from all four seasons to see that they fit well. I rent FREE Denise Austin toning DVD's and yoga DVD's from the video store. I sometimes splurge and get a pedicure or buy something Vera Bradley, Christopher and Banks, or Bath and Body Works! What do you do to tell yourself "Atta Boy!"
