Guidelines:
Cut the junk food and sugar! Lets get cooking at home! no processed food! have fun in your kitchen! Start by walking each day for at least 30 mins! When sitting for too many hours at your desk get up do a tour keep your legs moving!drink at least 1200ml of water that will keep you hydrated!

Simple Food and keep the drinking

Guidelines:
Drink a lot of water! Eat as many vegetables as you want before your proteins or carbs! This will make you full faster! Rotate your carbs and proteins during your meals! Lunch proteins dinner carbs, lunch carbs and dinner proteins! Put1 tsp of oil some salt and herbs no need for other! Food is good in its simplicity!
