Hey everyone, I am new to Fatsecret so not really sure how everything works. can someone give me a brief tutorial on challenge protocol? Not really sure how to report progress and such. I sort of need structure to be able to follow through on the challenge. Like how we check in with each other and how often... Thanks Very much!
BTW, I had a very tough pharmacology exam today so didn't work out this morning but am going to a bootcamp class with my class mates this evening so its not a total loss today
