Buffy - last minute decision, I will participate in your challenge Cool
I will try to get some exercise in every day, not sure if I really can make it. That was actually the thing that kept me from agreeing when you invited me. On the other hand,iIf I can get myself out during lunch break and walk a few blocks.. here we have the exercise.
I wonder if I can motivate my boss to walk again. She started something like it last year but then somehow it died down. A new start

Maybe I need a little bit of a push, activate myself. Hate to fail and it is up to me to make it a success. Besides that, I would not mind losing 7 lbs in those 28 days.

You can do it! Maybe add a step counter to help you reach a daily goal!

Good idea with the step counter. have enough lying around form all kind of challenges at work Smile. Thank you!
