Challenge Forum: What do we eat?

I'm excited about starting this challenge tomorrow. Are there guidelines other than drink more water and exercise? Is there a diet we are to follow to lose these 7 lbs?

I'm going to be following a Mediterranean diet, seems to have all the elements found in any good diet, no gimmicks. Seems like something I can stick to! Lean meats, whole grains, lots of veggies and healthy fats like nuts and olive oil. Honestly though, counting calories is the key and using your food journal! I lost 10lbs last fall/winter and I still ate cheese and pasta and nutella lol I just kept it around 1200 cals!

Thanks for filling me in on your plans. It helps. I've been committed to forming healthy meal habits , attention to blood sugar and lots of unprocessed foods and vegetables. Still, I'm not losing that quickly... nothing like 7 lbs. In a month. It would give me a boost.
