I'm going to be following a Mediterranean diet, seems to have all the elements found in any good diet, no gimmicks. Seems like something I can stick to! Lean meats, whole grains, lots of veggies and healthy fats like nuts and olive oil. Honestly though, counting calories is the key and using your food journal! I lost 10lbs last fall/winter and I still ate cheese and pasta and nutella lol I just kept it around 1200 cals!
