Tooling along watching John Wayne
Mounted small flat-screen TV in front of treadmill. Slipped in a John Wayne movie and the 2-miles seemed to fly by. Looking forward to the results.

Leslie Sansone has some really cool Walk at Home videos that are super easy and fun. I also think they are reasonably priced too, and there are a lot to choose from too.
