Not sure that I am looking forward to all the bits of the challenge. Don't like the idea of 30 mins exercise each day but I suspect I can get around that by walking to the shops to buy my evening dinner. That should suffice and kill two birds with one stone. I must shift 80lbs as my knees and hips are starting to pain me - indeed I am walking like a 90-year old as opposed to a 53-year old!

hi guys. i am ready for this one too. i have been doing my best to be accountable this new year and have dropped 6 pounds since i started really watching my food intake and exercising since jan. 2. i was just curious, i had a patient tell me yesterday about T-Tapp. has anyone tried this or heard of it. it is an exercise program you can do at home. any ideas will help. thanks
