Get to Drinking

Guidelines
Drink your Syntha 6 for 4 meals and eat a small to midsize healthy meal. Along with this workout or do cardio or both. Track your weight and watch the weight start coming of to help you lose that last bit for summer. I have done it for a week so far and been drinking mine at 8:30 am, 10:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 3:30 pm and lost almost 10 pounds. You may feel hungry between shakes but fight through it. Good Luck.

Guidelines
Drink plenty of water. Depending on your activity level aim for half of a gallon (64 ounces) to a gallon (128 ounces).

Cheat Day

Guidelines
Give yourself one day to "cheat". I'm not saying all out eating and go crazy. Just eat a healthy breakfast that day or a healthy lunch or both. This will keep you from going crazy and quitting.
