If you tryed Boot camp lvl 2 and 3 and didn't like them or they were too hard feel free to choose the ones that best suit you.

Walk. Even if it's just around your home a few times or down your appartment hall way. Walking outside would be the best idea but do it early in the morning when it's not too hot. Bring plenty of water with you and a friend too.

You should notice some changes on the scale by now but no matter what have fun and smile. Your not alone in this. You are doing this for yourself to be happy and healthy. You are beautiful inside and out and you can do anything you set your mind too. Even if there are a few bumps in the road you can climb over them.
