I have always wanted to do a 5K but basically was to scared to even try. This summer I decided I am going to finally do it and run my first 5K in September! So this was a perfect group to join!!! So excited Very Happy

I've always wanted to try a 5K too. My soon to be 10 yr old son and I are going to try our first one w/ a twist. It's a 5K Mud Run put on by the community.

Do it!!!!! If you want any tips, hints, help whatever, feel free to ask, that is what this group is here for, so no matter how dumb/smart the question may seem to you as long as you are learning something more power to ya!!!

I'm doing my first 5K this Saturday. I don't run long distance yet but I decided to power walk it. Wish me luck!
