cut and rethink your calorie intake

Petite bodies calorie intake is smaller than the average 5'6". So the average body intake 2000 calories. Petites intake about 1600 calories and a water intake of half your bodyweight ex. 240lbs would intake 120 oz of water. 30 minutes of exercise 3 days a week strenght training and limited cardio (it will make you intake more food calories.) Remember to keep moving. Housekeeping, shopping, gardening, cooking or standing while talking on he phone.

3 meals a day and 2 hundred calorie snacks

Make breakfast your largest meal. Sipping will only make you hungrier. So 400-500 calories at breakfast. Ex. Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, egg beaters, coffee or tea. Lunch 300-400 calories. Ex. Tuna lettuce wrap, chopped veggie salad, turkey sandwich think lite and healthy. Dinner 350-400. Ex. Brown rice, fish and broccoli, boca burgers on english muffins or 100 calorie thin sliced bread, sweet potatoes. Again remember lite and healthy, 100 calorie snacks in between lunch and if needed before 9p.m.

H2O is the key with hot weather dehydration is moving fast. Going out order water bring your own flavor Mi0. Release stress. Take a deep breath, get some sleep and relax.

Good housekeeping has an article from Jim Karas that is very helpful. And his book is everywhere, nook, kindle, public libraries, amazon. Its out there and it gives good advice to us pint sized beauties

I don't feel very petite
I can COMPLETELY relate. I'm 5'2" and just recently dropped down from 148 to 141. I get the same responses from my friends/family regarding weight complaints... some people just don't ...
