I am going to fast on Thursday,s and Saturday,s because that fits in with my life better, I am also doing the P90x Challenge wich starts on Monday...So Bring it on I,M READY TO LOSE WEIGHTVery Happy

I haven't been able to get under 130lbs so I'm hoping intermittent fasting will help me break into the 120s. I think Mondays and Wednesdays will work for me. Just to clarify, we can eat 500 calories (for females) at anytime throughout the fasting days?

How many calories for women on the days we not fasting?
