I find sticking to an anti-inflammatory enriched diet works the best. Not only does the weight practically melt off, but it prevents inflammation in your body which is one of the causes of diseases such as cancer, alzheimers, muscle soreness and tenderness, and whole slew of other ailments.

I've never heard of an anti-inflammatory diet. Can you post more information please.

Ideal protein works for me. I have lost 3.8lbs since Saturday morning and it is a Dr. designed program that targets fat loss while paying attention to muscle retention. Really healthy and SUPER fast! The key element is sticking to it 100% and avoiding all sugars. The foods they provide are really tasty (and i'm a foodie!) so it makes it more pleasant and less of a struggle. The website for the one in the dc area is I am actually one of the success videos on the site, but after my breast cancer battle, I let go of the maintenance part of the program and now I have to start over a bit. At least I know it is possible!!!

Thank you for this post and definitely the answers! I suffer from inflammatory issues and would like to know more about the anti-inflammatory diet.
