i am in a good track ,all things going ok but when weekend comes i don't know what happens eat and eat and eat hope to come over this weekend to keep in good way

Plan activities out of the house on the weekend. Make it difficult to get to food. Go for a long walk in the park. Spend time with friends/family who support your weightloss goals and will help you maintain the discipline. Plan a home improvement project that will keep you focused and distracted from eating.

Another tip is to plan your meals for the weekend. Look up some low-calorie easy recepies and prepare them during the week or on Sunday for the next 7 days.

It isn't easy, but you have comitted to it this far, don't let extra free time be your downfall.
