Thanks for your spirit! I walked 4 miles the other day and felt great and then collapsed the next day. It's hard to pace myself.

good day
i did some situps thismorning when i got up i do 2 sets of 20 normal situps and then i do 2 sets of 20 bycicle situps 20 per side what a great workout and then i desided to mow the yard today
