Guidelines:
In this challenge you must fast 2 days and eat regular 5 days. You can do this anyway that fits best into your lifestyle as long as at the end of the week you've fasted for two days. The fasting calories are Women: 400-500 and Men: 500-600. You can eat them how ever you want. Most choose to eat a breakfast and then do broth and tea the rest of the day.
