Day 1 completed!
I did my 400 yesterday. :) I haven't done any yet today. I will do 200 at naptime/workout time and 200 at bedtime. I can't wait to see the results.

I did 200 this morning and 200 a couple of hours ago. A friend of mine gave me an awesome tip. Lay down in front of your couch and put your legs in front of it so your butt is against the front of it. ...
