I know alot of you will probably be busy with whatever you have going on during the day. 30 mins of exercise isn't much. Doing some cleaning around the house or even going for a short walk on your lunch break at work will make a big difference in a week.

Guidelines
If you are comfortable with telling your weight. I would like everyone to weigh in at the beginning of each week (monday). You can post your weight and how many pounds you have lost or just the amount you have lost each week. Good luck to everyone and hope you all reach your goals.

1 hour of light-moderate exercise a day

Guidelines
keep up with the small "victory" of exercise from week one and add 30 more mins. This could be a walk during your lunch break and then maybe some sit-ups at night before bed or first thing in the morning before you head out for the day.

30 mins of moderate-heavy exercise a day

Guidelines
By now you should be doing great with your small workouts every day that its time to step it up. The last two weeks you should be doing some heavier exercises. Maybe instead of walking you run for 30 mins a day or go to a gym and do a hard workout maybe not every day but every other day this week.
