Mini-Challenge - 30 mins of light-moderate exercise a day



I know alot of you will probably be busy with whatever you have going on during the day. 30 mins of exercise isn't much. Doing some cleaning around the house or even going for a short walk on your lunch break at work will make a big difference in a week.
