Well poop. It's already 9 and I'm not willing to get off my lazy butt for anything at this point. I think I will try snoring instead of working out. I excel at snoring. I did good otherwise! I made a tatertot casserole thing and hid some veggies on the family. The 9 yr old and hubby went back for seconds. Ha! Suckers! I've got them now. Only problem is it took away any workout time. But no soda no Oreos and I walked for 20 minutes at work so its almost a successful day. I will dream I'm running. Maybe I can kick in my sleep for ten minutes.

Not gonna lie, I am pretty much sucking it up at this challenge. I swear I'll get it together soon.

At least I didn't swear in front of any Amish so far!!


Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

Day 4

I've now had 3 55 minute Pure Barre sessions since Tuesday. I. Forgot and had a diet coke today, mad at myself because I know that stuff is poison Sad . Was so busy at work didn't have time to speak evil about anything today. I did have a piece of birthday cake for a coworker who turned 40! It was really good and I know I should have passed but I'll try to behave myself the rest of the week!
JUST DO IT!!!

I've worked out for an hour each day, only cursed in front of my cat and partner, no soda or Oreos, but did eat several no nutritional value sweets; I'll have to get that one right next week (blush) . I did make some more nutritionally sound home made tropical energy bars today to satisfy my sweet tooth; my partner's taking some to work for breakfast!

Okay...I cussed out my boxing bag, but no one could hear me over the music. Did two boxing classes last night, along with on Tue & Wed. I have another tonight on one tomorrow. Eating has been 97% good, and better than it has been by 100%. I am doing my water, geeze I have to since I am sweating so much in the classes! So as I have said before I am counting my trips to the bathroom as part of my walks, and getting up/down from the toliet as squats!


LOL....so you'd think with all this the scale would move, right??? Alas, tis not!! Stupid scale!! Maybe I should attach it to the boxing bag and scare it into moving!!!!

I walked around my neighborhood for 40 minutes last night, made sure I got the heart pumping. Not doing me a bit of good either, because every day this week I've weighed more than the day before! GAH!

Ok - need another ruling. Does bending over backward, pushing my luck, and taking one for the team count as exercise? You did say 'it had to get your heart racing'. Otherwise, I'm gonna miss out on 4x a week. I will be lifting heavy stuff tomorrow all by myself then again lifting myself out of bed daily is a workout too. Judges?


I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.
