Ok.. don't tip the cows. It's mean to tip the cows. You can track your exercise in this one though. Today I took a 20 minute speedy walk at work. It would have been longer but the bike paths are still closed and you can only walk past the cafeteria so many times before people start to talk about you.

pffft-I did NOTHING yesterday except overeat! Once it warms up today I'm going to walk. I am going next week to take an orientation class at the shelter so I can go walk a dog every day! That will get me out, because I can't let the poor ownerless homeless lonely doggies down.

I haven't done my workout for the day yet, but it's a "recovery" workout. I would beg to differ on the recovery part. I think it's just as hard as the regular workouts, but it's not as much cardio, it's more resistence training. That is waiting for me after work today. It will be 47 minutes of me thinking I'm going to die or my muscles are going to tear apart. I'd better see a loss after I complete this series of dvd's!!
Goals for 2018:
Do 20 consecutive push-ups
Use 10 lb. weights for a whole workout
Run 1 mile without stopping DONE!!
Run 2 miles without stopping
Cut running time down 10 seconds
Get stronger physically and mentally

So how much do you have to tip a cow? Is it the standard 20% or do you base it on how much they produce? Is there a flat fee if a party of 3 or more are involved in the tipping?

I think it's more of a 10% tip but I'm cheap. If the cow produces more then I definitely tip them more. Or if their nice and they give me kisses and love on me.. they get extra too. The ones that want to kick my head in? Not so much.

Whoa, I just realized that this was a place to track my exercise as well as to collect smiles. Surprised) So far this week I've done 4.5 hours of Zumba and an hour of Silver Sneakers. I wish I could count chewing as exercise; I do a lot of it!

Zumba sounds like fun. I should try it. First I should get over my irrational fear of sweaty people in a small room. Ok, it's really just the sweaty people. It doesn't matter what size room they're in..or no room at all. I have issues.

Oh-yeah I could post my exercise! Got out today and pounded the sidewalks for 35 minutes. It's a beautiful sunshiney day such as we have not had since September! For most of you this wouldn't be much but for me it's a big deal! I haven't done this in nearly five years!
