I haven't done my workout for the day yet, but it's a "recovery" workout. I would beg to differ on the recovery part. I think it's just as hard as the regular workouts, but it's not as much cardio, it's more resistence training. That is waiting for me after work today. It will be 47 minutes of me thinking I'm going to die or my muscles are going to tear apart. I'd better see a loss after I complete this series of dvd's!!

Complete Couch to 5K
Sign up for and complete a 5K
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active
