Mini-Challenge - Exercise at least 5 days per week, Minimum of 30 minutes


 

Guidelines

I'm a big big fan of Beachbody programs, but they are not Mandatory. As long as you are walking/Jogging with some resistance then you are going to see results. I will post tips on this.
