I'm a big big fan of Beachbody programs, but they are not Mandatory. As long as you are walking/Jogging with some resistance then you are going to see results. I will post tips on this.

You really can't expect all those weigh in to match up. The body has about 15 lbs of waste at any given time. Plus at the doctor you have clothes on. Your best bet is to weigh in at home first thing ...

curves
