don,t understand the challenge. do we drink that amount of water and do that amount of exercise per day or week? And anyone needing a buddy feel free to add me i need all the motivation i can get and i promise to help u in whatever regard

To me it sounds like we do this every day and by the end we should be doing all the exercise at once instead of throughout the day. However does anybody know what is meant by fired food?

Drink 100 oz of water daily. Complete 100 jumping jacks, in any form, as long as it's 100 daily; 100 sit ups, in any form, daily and no fried foods - anything that is put in oil and cooked i.e., fried chicken, pickles, french fries etc.

Thanks I thought maybe that it was supposed to say fried not fired but I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a new type of food.

Just wondering does sit-ups and crunches work the same thing? I've always just thought that they were pretty much the same thing?
