Thanks! Looks like we're just about looking for the same goal. I started at 194 ish and am looking to get to 145 or possibly as low as 140.
Back when 6 years ago we owned a skate park. I used to eat fast food all day and night every day and night(Checkers, Mcdonalds, Bagels with cream cheese <3, Applebees, pizza, pretzles and hotdogs). LoL
I lost weight and was in the low 130's (132) and my Cholesterol was better than normal and the Dr said my blood pressure is that of an athlete.
He asked what I have been eating to get so healthy (I always had high cholesterol) and was shocked when I told him I started eating worse than I ever did in my entire life lol
It was the extreme exercise that let me be able to eat anything and everything and stay healthy. *sigh*
When we sold the place I stopped the extreme exercise but not the eating habits
I can just imagine what my cholesterol is now! I plan to get it checked out when I am done losing my weight
