Lets get a flat stomach - CRUNCHES!
Guidelines:
Do as many crunches you can, every day! Try for at least 100 a day. Spread them out - do 25 4x a day. You will really see a difference!

Wii Fit????
http://www.amazon.com/EA-Sport... A friend at work recommends this Wii product over the Wii Fit. Says he feels provides more of a workout. Just FYI

Well I'm the one who started this, and I'm doing horribly. I'm very dissapointed in myself - family issues have taken me off track, but I am back now. See everyone at the finish line!!
