I'm so happy that I found this challenge. I just recently tested for my red belt. My martial arts instructor told me a long time ago when I was a beginner that martial arts was a great way to lose weight and stay fit. At this point in my training though I have to strive to be more fit to test up for my next belt level. I can do the 100 crunches per day easily, but I have trouble with pushups. Thank you for creating this challenge, I'm sure it'll help and can't wait to get started!
