I am trying to prep myself by building up my push ups now...

i will start this weekend because i have more lower body strength than I do upper body strength since in 2007 i disolocated my shoulder so its hard for me to do 25 push ups at a time a day just for 2 minutes like i did when i was in highschool only i did 50 during the 2 minute timer so i need to build up my upper body strength too how are you doing it i have a 3 pound and 5 pound weight on top of stretching my arms to get preped for push ups idk what else i can do
