This challenge has made me feel strong. If I miss a day I double up the next day, I've done that twice. When I double up I do crunches for the second 100. My sit-ups have gotten a lot easier. ...

Crunches
This is rough. It hurts to sneeze. I thought the pushups would be the hardest but my abs are killing me. I cant even roll over in bed at night lol.
