Wow that was hard I did the 300 all in one go...I think Ill switch to 100 3times daily as that really hurt! That way I'll get used to it....

Woke up early enough to do 150 before work. It was not half as bad as I thought it would be and I've realised I can still work the muscles even though they are aching (I would usually stop the exercise and rest the muscles for a few days, which delays progress).

It will feel a lot more do-able when I get in from work knowing I've only 150 left to do.

Just clocking in again all 300 completed. Tried some side crunches tonight too just to vary the muscles used. I definitely saw benefits to breaking it up into a morning and an evening session. I'm still hurting though! When will it stop?

I did only 225 yesterday as my friend called round for dinner earlier than I had expected...so I've got a whopping 375 to do today. The pain is getting less and less and I'm really pleased with my progress. Even though I have gained half a pound this week my stomach is definitely looking much better and I feel stronger.
