I always find this hard - and I thought it would be useful to share some tips for managing this with each other. This is what I do:
- take a bottle of water with me on the way to and from work to sip on the train
- make ginger tea - if I'm feeling cold I don't always feel like drinking cold water, so I chop up some fresh ginger and pour hot water on it (I keep a big chuck of it in the fridge at home and at work), fresh ginger tea is delicious, really warming, healthy, and counts towards the 8 glasses a day
- If I'm in a meeting I try to drink water rather than coffee, I find I can easily get through 500ml without even noticing in an hour long meeting
Does anyone else have any good tips for getting enough water?
