I need something to help keep me motivated. I do great for a while and then I sabotage myself and I'm back where I started. It's downright depressing. This challenge seems simple enough. I'm really bad about logging my foods, it's such a tedious task. I do like logging my excercise though - I like to see how far how I've walked, and if I was walking outdoors, where I stalled out at. I stall alot! But I feel much better when I get my walk in - - why don't I stay at it, day after day? I'm hoping this challenge helps me to stay motivated and that I come and check in regularly too.
