protein?
The World Health Organization recomends 5 percent of your daily calories be protein. Most fruits and veggies are between 5 and 7 percent protein, so no worries!!!

Is coffee raw food?
Any raw fruit or veggie. Any nut or seed. Lots of water and fresh juice. Nothing cooked nothing from an animal. Check out freelee on youtube.
