Make sure you are doing at the very minimum 30 minutes of cardio exercise at least 6 days a week. If you can handle more do more!

Guidelines
Make sure you are getting at least 25g of fiber intake every single day. This will really help melt the pounds. But, please make sure you are drinking plenty of water as well, if not fiber will have the opposite effect
