Get Enough Fiber

Guidelines:
Make sure you are getting at least 25g of fiber intake every single day. This will really help melt the pounds. But, please make sure you are drinking plenty of water as well, if not fiber will have the opposite effect

Guidelines:
Make sure you keep track of everything you put into your body. Even if you have a bad day and slip up it is very important to keep track of it all. This will help you look back and see where you can make changes if you hit a plateau.

I know the offical weekly weigh-in isn't until Friday but, I weighed myself this morning and I am down 2.8 pounds this week - so excited! Hoping it may be a little more by Friday :)

That's ok - that's just a mini challenge, just a part of the bigger picture. 30 pounds in 12 weeks is a huge challenge on it's own.

Excited to start.
I cant wait to begin! I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of the new year and am down 10 pounds so far. This looks like the perfect challenge to pick it up a notch and get some results :) ...
