I just watched the level 2 and level 3 videos and all I can say is OMG! lol It looks like you go at 10 day increments on each level, so by the 11th we should be ready to hit level 2, then by the 21st we should be ready to finish out the month with level 3. I know I took a couple of days off because I was sick, but I am going to push forward into level 2 on April 11th. Who's with me?

I think I will. I was 5 days in, then a mess here at the house getting ready for them to replace all carpets with wood flooring. So couldn't do my DVD, but still did walking and running. Gonna do 2 days at leave 1 then jump into level 2. Screw it, let's do it

I'm jealous of the wood floors, but sorry they interrupted your workout. I hope things are back on track for you. Like you said, let's do it! Smile

I think this is going to be a 90 day shred for me. I was told by someone who has done the workout "Don't push yourself to proceed to the next level until you have mastered the previous level or you can risk injury." I'm okay with not being able to move on after day 10. I just proud of the fact that I can do more today than on day 1.

Understandable PC Bear. I know I for one am ready to move forward. Everyone is an individual though and should go at their own pace. Smile

Nothing wrong with going for 90! I'm sure you'll get great results! I'm hoping to follow this up with another of Jillian's programs, either 6-week, 6-pack or Shred-it with weights...haven't decided! Perhaps another challenge? Smile ...anyways, keep it up! I'll be levelling up on Monday, have 3 exams between tomorrow and friday so may miss a couple days. UGH.

Great minds think alike Austentatious! I think I may go for the 6-week, 6-pack after this. I'm off school this week, so I have all this free time. We'll see how it goes once I'm back in class. lol It's funny, I've gone from sitting around like a lump doing basically nothing to now being an exercise junkie! lol

Haha! Like Newton's law in physics - An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion! That's how I feel to, I hate the days that I can't do it. I'm actually surprised at that because I HATE working out lol but now I crave the feeling after. The 6-week, 6-pack sounds good to me! I heard it's killer!

I hate working out too, but like you said the feeling after is so great! It just about killed me when I was too sick to do the workout. I tried to push myself, but realized I really needed the rest those days. I'm glad to be back at it! Killer ab workout... bring it on! Smile

All I will say is level 2 is not easy, but I did survive it. Going back for more tomorrow!

I'm thinking of switching things up a bit and going four days with Jillian and hitting the pool the other three. My arms are getting sore from all the level two plank moves.

I don't blame you, level 2 is KILLER! I could barely make it though, had to break a couple of times. The cardio is intense this level.

The cardio and the plank moves are getting to me. I just can't hold myself up to do the full set of plank-jacks. That last minute of abs is the worst! I hate Jillian for that!! lol
