I completed day 4 today and let me say, I feel a little sore in my arms, legs and ABS. Haven't felt sore there in a while. Gonna try and advance to level 2 after day 7 but we will see how my endurance is. I can't wait to see what level 2 has in store.
My favorite part is the last exercise the reverse crunches, and the sholder press's. What's your's??

I really didn't want to today! lol but pushed though and feel great now. I'm the same! The crunches are my favourite, although I like the bicycle ones better than the side ones. You can feel the burn better! I really dread the strength, my arms are so weak!

I dread cardio. I am so out of shape and have discovered I have a pulled tendon in my foot of all places so I have to be careful ont he forward lunge but otherwise going good. I will probably stay on this Level for at least the 10 days to build my cardio.

I like the crunches too. They are a nice break from the cardio!

I was doing great up through day 4. I was starting to feel an increase in my endurance, but yesterday and today I have been too sick to work out. Now I'm probably going to have to start all over again. It always seems that just as I start to get ahead, something knocks me back. Sad

I hope you feel better! Don't stress it, many only squeeze in a workout 3 times a week or less! You're already ahead Smile just pick up where you left off on Monday, I'm sure you'll still see results for those 4 days! In the meantime just focus on maintaining a lower than normal calorie intake. On days I can't workout I just focus on diet and find accomplishment in that. Smile

Thank you Austentatious! I appreciate the pep talk too! No matter what, I'm going right back at it Monday. I am trying to watch my calories in the meantime. Thanks again! Smile

Wow, after three days of not doing this workout I felt like I was starting back at day one with no energy. I still did it though and will keep moving forward!

I just started over. Between being sick and time just plain getting away from me, I wound up missing too many days. Starting back with level 1 until the end of the month, then I'm hitting level 2 again. I hope everyone else is doing better than I am.
