I like the crunches too. They are a nice break from the cardio!
I was doing great up through day 4. I was starting to feel an increase in my endurance, but yesterday and today I have been too sick to work out. Now I'm probably going to have to start all over again. It always seems that just as I start to get ahead, something knocks me back.
