Hey everyone, I added a couple of things to the challenge. I was reading an article & it stated that several methods should be used when tracking weight loss. So I want everyone to take their measurements on the first day of the fast & on the 31st day. I want you to compare how far you have come in 30 days. You don't have to share your exact measurements but maybe your total loss of inches if you are comfortable to do so. I also want people to take a before & after picture of themselves. You don't have to share the pictures but hold on to them. I want you to compare them when we are done. Sometimes we don't see all the small changes our body has done because we look at yourselves on a daily basis. I think this a great way to help keep us motivated because we won't always see how far we have came just by the scale.
