Hey everyone, I wanted to give a couple of tips to everyone who will be joining me on Sunday for a 30 day juice fast. I have already did one fast for 36 days. The first couple of days are the worst. What I did to help the first couple of days is I started to slowly add fresh juice in before I started my fast. I played with different veggies & fruit combinations to see what I liked & didn't like. I slowly weaned myself off food so when the day of my fast came it wasn't such a huge shock to my system. I have read from some people that they had nausea, headaches, & night sweats. I didn't experience it. My daughter who did the fast with me decided to do it the other way & the first 3 days she was miserable but by the 4th day she felt better & by the end of the first week she felt great. I know everyone is different I just wanted to share what worked for me. I didn't have any overwhelming urge to eat during the first 3 days because I prepared myself.
